hey, I'm Maggie!
Somatic Envisioning, foundation of my coaching, is a blend of mindset work, somatic expression and intuitive guidance.
I'm obsessed with human potential, big visions & body alchemy.
I haven't always been that way. In fact, far from it.
Luckily, life has a funny way of showing you where your gifts are.
In my case, it all started with a snap of an ACL that led to a full-on awakening that keeps on givin'. But you can read more on that when I publish my memoir.
My philosophy is simple: Your past doesn't define you but it sure as hell shaped you. So why not use it to your advantage?
I strongly believe every experience is helping us become the person we came here to be. And once we start seeing it that way, it gives us permission to be great.
